The Parallel Session is an essential component of the 5th International Conference on Archives, Social Science, Humanities and Education (ICoASHE) 2026. Each presenter is expected to actively contribute by presenting research findings, participating in scholarly discussions, and adhering to the conference schedule and procedures.
These guidelines are intended to ensure that all presentations are conducted professionally, efficiently, and within the allocated time.

All presenters are requested to:
Arrive at the assigned room or join the Zoom Meeting at least 10–15 minutes before the session begins.
Register attendance with the Liaison Officer (LO).
Ensure that your name appears on the presentation schedule.
Prepare the following:
PowerPoint Presentation (.ppt/.pptx)
PDF backup (recommended)
Presentation file named:
PresenterName_PaperTitle.pptx
Example: MazayaPutri_DigitalTransformation.pptx
The presentation should include:
Research Background
Research Objectives
Methodology
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
Recommendations (if applicable)
Presenters are requested to wear professional or business attire.
Offline Presenters
Batik or formal business attire
Conference ID badge must be worn throughout the event
Online Presenters
Formal attire
Neutral and professional background
Camera switched on during the presentation whenever possible
Offline Presenters
Please:
Submit presentation slides to the Liaison Officer before the session begins.
Bring a backup copy on a flash drive.
Arrive before your scheduled presentation.
Remain in the room until the end of the session.
Online Presenters
Please ensure that:
Internet connection is stable.
Laptop or computer is fully charged or connected to power.
Camera and microphone function properly.
Zoom application is updated.
Presentation file is readily accessible.
Please rename your Zoom profile using the following format:
Presenter – Full Name – Institution
Example: Presenter – Mazaya Putri – Universitas Padjadjaran
Each presentation will follow the sequence below.

Moderator introduces the presenter.

Moderator opens the discussion.

Questions and Answers
Duration: 5 minutes

Step 5
Moderator concludes the discussion and invites the next presenter.
Presenters are expected to strictly adhere to the allocated presentation time.

To ensure fairness for all presenters, the moderator will provide time reminders as follows:
10th minute - Five minutes remaining
13th minute - Two minutes remaining
15th minute - Please conclude your presentation
Presenters are encouraged to:
Speak clearly and confidently.
Maintain eye contact with the audience (offline) or camera (online).
Present key findings rather than reading slides verbatim.
Keep slides concise and visually clear.
Respond respectfully to questions from participants.
Stay within the allocated presentation time.
Following each presentation, participants will be invited to ask questions.
Presenters should:
Listen carefully to each question.
Provide concise and relevant responses.
Maintain professional and respectful communication.
Accept constructive feedback positively.
All presenters are expected to:
Respect other presenters and participants.
Use professional and academic language
Avoid offensive or discriminatory remarks.
Maintain academic integrity.
Acknowledge sources appropriately.
Follow instructions from the moderator and organizing committee.
Offline Presentation
If technical problems occur:
Inform the Liaison Officer immediately.
The presentation may continue using a backup device if necessary.
Online Presentation
If internet connectivity is interrupted:
Rejoin the Zoom Meeting immediately.
Notify the Liaison Officer through WhatsApp if unable to reconnect.
If necessary, the moderator may reschedule the presentation to the end of the session, subject to time availability.
Presenters are expected to remain in the session until all presentations have concluded.
This is intended to:
Support fellow presenters.
Encourage academic discussion.
Promote networking and collaboration.
To deliver an effective presentation:
Focus on the main contribution of your research.
Avoid overcrowding slides with text.
Use figures, tables, or diagrams when appropriate.
Rehearse your presentation beforehand.
Allocate approximately:
3 minutes for Introduction
3 minutes for Methodology
7 minutes for Results and Discussion
2 minutes for Conclusion
At the conclusion of the Parallel Session:
Participate in the group photo (offline) or screenshot session (online).
Ensure attendance has been recorded.
Complete any evaluation form provided by the organizing committee (if applicable).
Please remember the following:
Join or arrive at your assigned room at least 10–15 minutes before the session.
Keep your presentation within the allocated 15 minutes.
Prepare a backup copy of your presentation file.
Follow the moderator's instructions throughout the session.
Remain in the session until all presentations have concluded.
Maintain professionalism and academic etiquette at all times.
